Body Pattern Finder · Free · About 3 minutes
Find the pattern behind what you feel.
Eight quick self-checks — breath, standing, turning, walking — read against the same framework used in the studio. You get a plain-language read on the pattern most likely driving your symptoms, and the right next step. A read, not a diagnosis.
Before we start — any of these right now?
Numbness or weakness that is spreading · a recent fall, accident or injury · unexplained swelling, fever, or chest pain · pain that wakes you and won't settle.
Take a slow, full breath in. Where does it go first?
Sit or stand relaxed. One hand on your chest, one on your low ribs.
Stand the way you normally do. Where is your weight on your feet?
Don't fix it — notice it.
When you relax standing, which leg do you "park" on?
The one your hip settles over while the other leg goes soft.
Feet still. Turn your torso to look behind you — left, then right.
Compare how far and how easy each side feels.
Walk ten steps and notice your arms.
Or picture your last walk — most people already know.
Lie on your back, knees bent. What do your low ribs do?
Feel the bottom of your ribcage with your fingertips.
Where does tension collect most days?
Reach both arms overhead. What does your low back do?
How to read your result
The scan looks for the same three things a first visit measures: how you breathe, which way your body is oriented (forward, back, or one side), and whether the two sides are doing different jobs. Those three things decide where treatment starts.
Answer honestly and quickly — first impressions are usually the most accurate. Nothing here is stored unless you choose to email yourself the result.
Then what?
A read points at where to look. The New Client Assessment & Treatment measures it — baseline, a targeted input, and an immediate retest, in one visit.
