Documented outcomes

Measured before. Measured after.

Every case here follows the same ladder: a baseline that was tested, an intervention chosen for the pattern, and a retest against the original measure. These are anonymized individual outcomes — never promises.

Twenty-year limp

A twenty-year limp became a solvable pattern.

10°90°Straight-leg raise

Baseline. Straight-leg raise measured at approximately 10°, a two-decade limp, and long-term dependence on orthotics.

Intervention. Manual therapy, joint-specific mobility, gait retraining, and progressive loading — selected visit by visit from what each retest showed.

Retest. Straight-leg raise reached approximately 90°. Leg motion improved, reciprocal arm swing returned, and this client transitioned out of long-term orthotics. The limp was no longer present in this documented case.

Roughly twenty hours of care

Walking at age 87

Capacity rebuilt one measurable step at a time.

PainfulPain-freeWalking

Baseline. An 87-year-old client with painful, effortful walking and diminished gait mechanics.

Intervention. Gait retraining, positioning, and carefully progressed loading matched to what each session's retest supported.

Retest. More upright posture, reciprocal gait and arm swing, and pain-free walking during the documented plan.

Ten visits across twelve weeks

Shoulder rotation

A guarded shoulder, unlocked through the ribcage.

GuardedRestoredExternal rotation

Baseline. A severely restricted shoulder with sharply limited, guarded rotation.

Intervention. Work focused on ribcage mechanics, neuromuscular tension around the subscapular region, and how the scapula rested on the posterior ribcage — rather than forcing the joint itself.

Retest. Rotation restored across the documented treatment arc, retested against the same baseline each visit.

Four hours of care across eight days

Neck pain since 2009

A sixteen-year pattern, retested to quiet.

Since 2009Not presentReported neck pain

Baseline. Neck pain and limitation present since 2009, unresolved through prior approaches.

Intervention. Movement, pressure distribution, and whole-body organization were treated and repeatedly reassessed — not just the neck.

Retest. The client reported that the long-standing neck pain was no longer present at the final documented reassessment.

I had a wonderful experience with Alex! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming and welcoming — exactly what you need before a massage. Alex is incredibly knowledgeable and it really shows. He took great care throughout the entire session, making sure everything was just right. I came in with ongoing back and foot pain that had been bothering me for a while, and I'm happy to say it has improved significantly! I left feeling so much better — more relaxed, refreshed, and recharged. Highly recommend Alex to anyone looking for a truly professional and effective massage!

Even with an online session, the change was truly eye-opening. It was worth every single minute. Alex was able to give guided instructions and insights about my circumstance and proved it with this session. My posture in the same stance, from just doing the 90/90 position and breath work, the change and feeling thereafter was very obvious. I recommend trying out Holistic Muscle Therapy 110%. Looking forward to the next session with him.

Working with Alex has been one of the best decisions I've made for my health. I originally booked because I'd been struggling with chronic hip pain, back pain, and issues related to kyphosis for years. After just a few sessions, the difference was remarkable. My pain levels decreased, my mobility improved, and I could feel my posture shifting back into a more natural, aligned state. What sets Alex apart is the way he combines deep holistic muscle therapy with energetic awareness. He doesn't just treat symptoms, he works with the entire system. Alex is incredibly intuitive, grounded, and knowledgeable. Every session feels intentional and tailored to what my body needs that day. Absolutely 5 stars.

I have had two sessions with Alex so far and the pain in my knee has significantly improved. We are working on my range of motion using correct posture and alignment. Alex has a great understanding of the body and has given me exercises to work on between sessions. I'm looking forward to continuing with Alex in the future.

As an endurance athlete, I've been dealing with persistent pain on my right side for a while. After working with Alex, that pain has been significantly relieved — and in many ways, eliminated! I'm already feeling the difference in my training. I did a hard track workout today and felt better than I have in a long time. Highly recommend his services to any athlete looking to move and perform at their best.

I had a horrible sciatic back and leg issue that had several area therapists stumped. Alex is not only an exceptional listener, but prides himself in taking alternate options until he discovers your best healing path. Since seeing him, my issues are all but rectified. He even advised me to wear the proper shoes for best daily posture. Definitely one of the area's best healers.
