Who this covers

This policy describes how Holistic Muscle Therapy (Alexander Wade, Laguna Hills, California) handles information gathered through holisticmuscletherapy.com. It does not cover clinical intake and health-history information, which is collected privately at your visit and kept under the standards that apply to licensed massage therapy records in California.

What we collect

Contact and application forms. If you send a message or apply for the 12-Week Program, we receive the name, phone or email, and any details you type. Forms are delivered by Formspree, a form-processing service, and arrive in our inbox.

Body Pattern Finder. Your quiz answers are processed in your browser and are not stored unless you choose to email yourself the result. If you do, the result and the email address you enter are sent to us through Formspree so we can reply.

Booking. Appointments are scheduled through Square Appointments. Anything you enter there (name, contact details, payment) is handled by Square under its own privacy policy.

Site analytics and cookies. Like most sites, this one uses Squarespace's built-in analytics and may use a Meta (Facebook) pixel to understand how visitors reach the site. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies in the banner that appears on your first visit, and change your choice at any time from the "Manage cookies" link.

How we use it

To respond to your question, review a program application, send a quiz result you requested, and schedule or confirm appointments. We do not sell, rent, or share your information for advertising, and we do not send marketing email unless you have asked for it.

How long we keep it

Messages and applications are kept for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, as part of your ongoing care record. You can ask us to delete a message or application at any time.

Your choices

You can text or call instead of using any form. You can decline cookies. You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by contacting HustleMassage@gmail.com or texting (949) 424-6384.

Third-party services

This site is hosted by Squarespace. Forms are processed by Formspree. Booking and payment are handled by Square. Each has its own privacy policy, and each may process your information on servers outside California.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 through the website; care for minors is arranged directly with a parent or guardian.
