Everything on this site — including the Body Pattern Finder, documented outcomes, and descriptions of the method — is general information about movement and manual therapy. It is not a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or a substitute for evaluation by a physician. Alexander Wade is a California Certified Massage Therapist (CAMTC #38186) and does not diagnose medical conditions. When something falls outside his scope, he will say so and refer you to an appropriate licensed healthcare professional.

Not an emergency service

New or severe symptoms, numbness or weakness that is spreading, a recent fall or accident, unexplained swelling or fever, chest pain, or pain that wakes you and will not settle should be directed to a physician, urgent care, or emergency services — not to this website or a text message.

Results vary

Case studies and reviews describe individual, documented experiences. They are real, but they are not a promise. Your outcome depends on your history, your consistency, and factors no one controls. No result is guaranteed.

Booking, payment, and cancellations

Appointments are booked through Square Appointments. Prices shown on this site are current at the time of publication and may change; the price shown at booking is the price that applies. Follow-up sessions are booked after an initial assessment. HSA/FSA cards are accepted; we do not bill insurance directly and cannot guarantee reimbursement. Cancellation and late-arrival policies are stated in your booking confirmation.

The 12-Week Program

The private program is by application and mutual agreement. Submitting an application is not a commitment on either side; scope, schedule, and fees are confirmed before enrollment.

Using the site

Content on this site is owned by Holistic Muscle Therapy and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. You may share links freely. Please do not use the forms to send spam, solicitations, or anything unlawful.

To the extent permitted by California law, Holistic Muscle Therapy is not liable for decisions you make based on information on this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for professional services delivered in person.
